I was unhappy with my haircut, and both Melissa was terrific about getting me back in very quickly for a correction. Stephanie (who did not perform the original cut) did a great job trying to correct it.
I'm not sure what happened, but when I asked Carolina to blend my layers so they wouldn't be so exaggerated, I received a Carol Brady mullet! I hate this haircut and have cried about it a couple of times now. Stephanie did her best to fix it, but I think the only solution is time. The layers are so short that there's nothing much that can be done about it. I think Carolina and I just didn't communicate well, but now I feel awful about how I look.

Carolina at your Old Trail studio is professional AND friendly and gives me the best haircut I've ever had. And the entire staff there is friendly and courteous . . . plus you have systems in place such as recurring appointments scheduling, text reminders both a day or two before, and reminders the morning of the appointment as well. And my appointments are on time. It all makes for a visit I actually look forward to every third Saturday. Thank you for providing such professional service. Christine was very attentive, kind and accommodating. Carolina was also very sweet and kind. She listened carefully and attempted to give me the pixie cut I asked for.
I had been in the process of trying to grow my hair after years of wearing it short when in anticipation of an upcoming trip to Italy, (we leave tomorrow) and a wedding in May, I decided to return to the short hairstyle that I have always favored. I brought a photo of a model and a couple of shots of me in short hair. The cut I received is way too short, choppy and uneven. (the left side is longer than the right ) including the bangs. Even though I usually wear my part on the left, I have to switch it to the right because of the length of the bangs. I am hoping it will become more flattering as it grows but am very disappointed with the way it looks today.
