My bridesmaids and family and I had a wonderful experience with FaceValue--all of the ladies looked stunning, and I was so happy with my wedding look. Julia is such a lovely person and could not be easier to work with.
It didn't end up being a huge issue, but our services were supposed to be complete by 3 pm and we ran over, meaning that my entire bridal party could not ride over to the wedding site together. Because our first pictures were "first look" pics with just the bride and groom, this didn't end up being a huge deal but I can imagine it could be for other bridal parties on tight schedules so the scheduling team may want to leave a little wiggle room next time.

A wonderful experience at Face Value Salon. Chelsea, as well as other staff members, were very friendly and helpful. Good consultation re: color and cut, and excellent outcome. I would definitely recommend this Aveda Salon.

I LOVE my haircut! Thank you Stephanie, I need to do this more often than biannually! Also love having her shampoo my hair, so relaxing after a long workday !
I was nervous about having my hair done by a new stylist after moving away from the stylist I have gone to for 18 years and dearly loved. Julie, however, eased my concerns and did a wonderful job matching my color and reproducing my hair style. I was very pleased and highly recommend her. The salon was lovely and everyone was very friendly and thoughtful - the staff demonstrate a genuine desire to make the customer's experience a good one.
Although the salon definitely provides an upscale and high quality experience, the prices are significantly higher that I am accustomed to paying in the Tidewater area for the same service. I paid $25 more (before tip) for a root retouch and hair cut/style than I am accustomed to paying. This would not be as significant if I did not like to get these services every 4 weeks. The price is the only negative.
