Yary is truly a blessing in my life. With crazy curls, I have never left a salon truly happy until I met this woman. She's an artist, a magician, and a kind joyful soul. She makes me feel amazing inside and out each and every time I see her!

I brought my 2 year old daughter in yesterday for her second haircut ever, and it was a wonderful experience. Lucinda took such great care of her, and gave me excellent feedback on the pictures I came in with... said they would be pretty high maintenance and require styling, and helped me come up with a better haircut for the crazy life of a toddler! She chatted with my daughter and with me throughout the haircut, and kept everyone at ease and happy. The haircut was perfect, my daughter loved it, and we will definitely be back again soon! I'll also add that my infant spit up all over the floor during the haircut, and the sweet woman at the front desk was so quick to drop everything and help clean it up. I'm so incredibly happy with our experience!

Carolina is the absolute best! I moved here from Richmond about 1 1/2 years and had dreaded the search for a new hair stylist. I feel super lucky to have found Carolina and Face Value on my first try. Carolina knows exactly what she is doing and is so easy to talk to. Everyone there is kind and welcoming. Not at all stuffy like some salons can be.

Yari is amazing and the whole staff is sweet and attentive. Never had a bad haircut, in fact I've been getting more compliments than before. Totally recommend!

Going to Face Value Salon and seeing Yari is an experience, not just a haircut. The shoulder rub, the aromatherapy, her great memory as to how I like my hair, the Aveda tea. Of course, my haircut was expertly done too!
