I absolutely love Face Value! Chelsea (at the Crozet location) is amazing and always does a great job with my hair. It can be hard to get an appointment with her unless it’s a few months out, but that’s just a testament to what a good job she does! I highly recommend!

This Salon has the most friendly staff. I feel relaxed as soon as I walk through the door. They all have a smile to greet you and I have my been to a salon yet that offers you a beverage while you wait. And I am always pleased with the service. I recommend this salon a 4 star. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything about my experience with these ladies was fabulous !! From booking my appointment to the finish product. What an amazing group of women ! I came to town for our son's wedding in Charlottesville and knew by talking to Lisa over the phone several times I was in terrific hands and they did not disappoint ! Lucinda worked her transformational magic applying my makeup and then she assisted Chelsea with my hair ! They made me look and feel fabulous on this very special day for our family ! The ladies here are truly professionals in their craft but it is their genuine warmth that touched me the most ! My Thanks to each and everyone of you !

Yet another absolutely amazing experience at Face Value Salon in Old Trail. We are always treated not only like valued customers but also like family. Stylists truly care about how you feel inside and out. Took my mother in for her first haircut since her hair has grown in after chemo and, just as they did for her last hair cut before chemo, they made her look beautiful and feel spectacular. Lucinda went the extra mile to make sure her hair was healthy and we were happy. They do such a wonderful job! We are so lucky to have them in our community
