I had the most disastrous haircut elsewhere 3 1/2 months ago. It was as if the stylist had no knowledge of what she was doing. Another stylist did her best to fix it at the time. Today I went to FV and was fortunate to get in with Carolina. She worked magic and turned my non-style into a style I feel attractive with. It was by no means an easy task, and Carolina didn't give up until she and I were both fully satisfied!

Got a pretty looking pedicure and the technician was nice!
As this was my first time at Face Value for a pedicure, I thought it was going to be a great treat. However, I thought the pedicure area was more closet-like. No music and awkward chairs that didn't adjust for taller people. I felt uncomfortable and didn't care for the bucket of water to put my feet in. I missed the pedicure stations that I normally go to with bubbling, warm/massaging water and adjustable chairs. There was also no drying area, so I left with the odd flip flops and sat outside.

My son is currently an hour away in college. However, he has continued to travel back for his haircuts with Chelsea. He has had Chelsea since middle school. Great customer care and trust is why my son continues to go back to Face Value in Crozet! Thank you!

- The appointment was right on time. - I was treated very well. - Staff and Mr. Rush were 100% professional, polite and kind. - Price point is on target.
My haircut wasn't the best I've had, but it was my first with Mr. Rush who was clearly trying to get to know me and willing to take my thoughts to adjust his approach - as such I expect my perceived quality of the haircut to improve as I see Mr. Rush again in the future. Moreover, the issues I described in the "positive" section are also quite important to me - perhaps as much as the haircut itself - which is why I stuck with the 5 stars. I'll be coming back.
