I was impressed with Courtney and how she worked with my 12 year old daughter and 13 year old son. My daughter wanted a new style and we liked the way Courtney's hair was, so she cut and styled it perfectly. She also cut my sons hair and she did exactly what we wanted. He was very pleased! Thank you for a job well done with both my kids!

Courtney was my stylist. I came to Face Value because she did. I really liked the shop! I enjoyed a coffee while my highlights were being done. After my hair was washed I was given a complimentary temple massage. The owner checked to see if I have happy before I left. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely come back.

Very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Friendly greeting from the ladies at the front desk. Chelsea was fantastic. She explained all the products she used and was very knowledgeable about the style of cut I wanted. Great first time with the salon, I will definitely be coming back!

Chelsea always listens and respects the vision I have for my style. I never feel rushed. Instead, I feel like we're partners in a quest for the perfect cut! She's a joy to work with.
I didn't mind the sink problems because Chelsea got warm water from the cooler and it felt great! :)
