Carolina at your Old Trail studio is professional AND friendly and gives me the best haircut I've ever had. And the entire staff there is friendly and courteous . . . plus you have systems in place such as recurring appointments scheduling, text reminders both a day or two before, and reminders the morning of the appointment as well. And my appointments are on time. It all makes for a visit I actually look forward to every third Saturday. Thank you for providing such professional service. I wanted to share how happy and pleased I am that I am a client at Face Value Salon ~ Aveda at Old Trail in Crozet, VA. Yari is my stylist. I switched to Face Value salon a few years ago because I wanted to have my salon be closer to my home. Prior to switching, I had always been pleased with my previous stylist at 2 other highly rated salons in Charlottesville. I even followed my previous stylist as she moved from 2 great salons to open up her own salon. It wasn’t until just within the year, I realized what great condition my hair is in now that I have switched to Face Value ~Aveda. I used to have a problem with split ends and dryness, but accepted that because I figured that since I was having my hair highlighted, that damage was the byproduct. I was happy with my hair except for the condition of it. Since switching to Face Value, I have realized that my hair has never been in such great shape! I believe that Yari, my stylist, works very hard at creating the right look for me and making sure the type of Aveda products she uses on my hair is appropriate and that I know how to use it. I believe my improved hair quality is in great part due to the Aveda products used both in the salon and at home. I never realized there was such a difference in the quality of products used at various salons. She strives to make sure I understand how and when to use them. I recommend Face Value Salon at Old Trail or Stonefield for anyone looking for a great experience and beautiful hair.
