Marion did her best to fill in for Meghan who had to leave just prior to my appointment. Marion was pleasant & profession.
This pedicure just wasn't up to the standard I have come to expect. Meghan does a fabulous pedicure. The best I've had in the 8 years I have lived in Crozet. I am willing to give Detra a fair go at my pedicure but will miss Meghan. I hope she'll be happy doing facials.

I love everyone in the shop. I'm really happy with anyone I go to in there. They are all equally good.
Meghan is the best manicurist around, and as many hair dressers in the shop, has also become a good friend.
There aren't any negatives.

I love that I have found my "hair home". I plan to have my final haircut in this world at Face Value, which should be a long, long time from now. That's how committed I feel. And Yary can't retire until I'm gone. She is the best. And I love the Aveda products. Thanks for being here in my own backyard!

I thoroughly enjoyed my facial yesterday! It was so relaxing I fell asleep!
The online booking feature says there are no last minute appointments with any stylist in the next 7 days. I always get that result, but when I call there are appointments available.

Julia rocks as always. As a mom of two toddlers is was nice to get the full treatment but be out of there in 30 min...very happy!
