Had hi-lites done and had to return the same day to have them fixed. Happy with color but not the way the hi-lites looked (made it look like I had roots already). This was my first visit and I was really happy with the results. My stylist, Julia, was very professional and easy to work with. I love the online scheduling and genera ease of making an appointment. I thought it was just a bit pricey but then again I did buy several hair products. Definitely will return. This was my first visit and I was really happy with the results. This is one of the most professional salons I have experienced. But, what I really want to share is the story of my 90 year old aunt who lives alone in the apartments above the salon. I take her down each week for her wash and set and the staff has come to know her well. They treat her with such love and respect that every one of them volunteered to watch out for her when I had to be away for a few days. This is devotion way beyond the call of duty. This is not just a professional salon, it is a place full of genuine love and care. This is one of the most professional salons I have experienced.
