I love the salon...I love my hairdresser... I love the salon...I love my hairdresser Will and the front desk staff...however, the salon is very dusty. Dust is accumulated everywhere...under the stations, wash area, shelves, plants, floors...if you don't have someone on staff to keep the salon clean you need to hire a cleaning company. This salon presents itself as an upscale salon but it is not physically presenting itself as one...I have to say that this is the dustiest salon I have been in...please pay as much attention to the upkeep of the salon as you do the customer service.

Thanks so much to Lucinda and the... Thanks so much to Lucinda and the entire staff at Face Value for such a fabulous hair and makeup experience before my daughter Megan's wedding last week. The entire bridal party was so relaxed when we left the salon and the wedding was absolutely beautiful. Can't wait to share the pictures with you!
