My experience at Face Value is One thing I really like is they all make you feel right at home, they are not intimidating and are always kind and fun! They are not five stars, they are six stars. My experience at Face Value is always top notch. I love every person in there, the owner is lovely, the stylists are the best and I don't care which one I get, I'm always happy when I walk out. Spoiled!! How lucky I was to have an appointment on one of the days that Jimmy from Aveda was at the Salon training the staff on the new product line that Face Value is about to introduce. Will and Jimmy created highlights for my hair that are absolutely beautiful. Lucinda, switching to the Aveda products will prove to be an excellent business decision. The difference in the results of my hair color is night and day! I am extremely pleased. As always, Will is THE BEST!! On a "housekeeping note", my only concern was the price increase that I was notified of at time of check out. Myself and two children have been a client of Will's since he first joined the team, and I think it would have been a courteous gesture to send out an email to long term, faithful clients that there was indeed a price increase in service. A $20.00 bump after only one year, was a bit of a shock without any notice.

Amazing! It is always a great day when I leave Face Value. They not only make me look great that day, they are showing me how to reach my potential to always look great each and every day. They have shown me which products to use, how to dry/style my hair when I am at home and they've taught me how I can change my look through make up, hair pieces and accessories. I am so happy.
