Awesome color and cut. Had my hair highlighted and cut last week. I came in in tears, due to non hair related issues. Will was very sweet. Took a lot of time to figure out the right colors to put in my hair. My last high light there wasn't so great, so they compensated me with a discount on my highlights and some product. (Which I was not expecting.) Also reassured me that if I was not 100% satisfied that they would always make it right!

Customer Satisfaction I had a very good experience at Face Value last Friday. My appt. was at 9 a.m. and Chelsea was ready for me right at 9 a. m. I got a shampoo, hair cut and blow dry/style in less than an hour! She was very efficient and pleasant and I will gladly refer her to others. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. It's a nice salon. Thanks to all.

The minute you walk through the door you feel like you are important to the staff & no matter what service you are getting you are valued. I traveled an hour for my appointment & will do so again without hesitation. Top notch staff & service!

Wonderful & Worth the Drive! My first appointment at Face Value was with Angela, who was professional, warm and so thoughtful to talk with me and give me every assurance she knew just what to do with my very fine, fragile hair. She gave me the best color (lowlights) to my over "done" blonde.....and she trimmed me just perfectly, knowing I want to grow some length. The owner, Lucinda, personally, gave me a tour showing me where to change and the bathroom etc. and reviewing all the great services the salon provides. The receptionists were wonderfully sweet with scheduling even with an original postponement, I was made to feel welcome in every way. My charge was reasonable and I will definitely make the drive from Richmond to see Angela again !

Awesome as usual! I can't say enough about Will, I love him AND he gives a great haircut! All your people are "top shelf"! You have THE sweetest girls working there, we love all of them.

Excellent Lucinda is awesome! She did my hair for my wedding, and I could not be more thrilled with the way it turned out. She was a pleasure to work with.
