WILL IS AMAZING - I WAS SO LUCKY TO FIND HIM What a great experience....I went to Will for the first time to correct a bad haircut and color and he was amazing....What a difference when I left the Salon from when I came in.... Lucinda, the owner, was very active with my services. She not only made sure everything was good with my experience and service, she went beyond by doing special things for me to make up for an experience I had at her salon over a year ago...and truly the experience I had before was not bad...I just simply didn't like my color as well as I had before.... This salon has a wonderful owner and is lucky enough to have Will working with them. I own a hotel and I recommend this Salon to everyone that asks me where they can get their hair done...I am in the City of Charlottesville, it takes 15 minutes to get to Face Value...there is not a Salon in Charlottesville that come anywhere near this Salon in appearance, service and staff. Thank you Face Value for finally giving me a great place to have my hair done!!!!!

The Best Around! I have been coming to the salon for a few years now and it is just as wonderful now as the first time I was in. The employees and the owner are soooooo nice. They really do seem to care about their clients. It's not all about the dollar th them. I wish more places of business would take note of Face Values excellent customer service!

I told them my budget and how much time I spend on my hair add they figured out the rest. I also appreciate getting a style bonus when I refer my friends to Face Value! Making Plans Had a great time with Yari as usual. We trimmed up my last haircut and made plans to let it grow. She tell me that she can add more curl to my hair if we grow it out. I'm so excited!

Personal attention, professional results The staff at Face Value treat you as if you matter, from your first greeting to the attention given your hair. The stylists are well trained and professional but also very kind and friendly. They seem to make a genuine effort to get to know you (and your family), all of which helps them serve you better. It is expensive for a small town, but worth it, as I have never had a bad experience. They are also kind to my children, which is important to me. My last salon, a snooty place in Charlottesvile, did not allow my children to come with me. face Value values me enough to value my whole family.

Wonderful cut, color, and conversation! Yari is very skilled with obtaining the precise color I like for my highlights. She's also fun to talk to! Enjoyed my appointment.

Great Salon I recently went in for a facial and was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Although the salon was busy the environment was calm which made me better able to relax and enjoy my facial. Megan did a great job and I left feeling rejuvenated. My skin still looks great. I would recommend Face Value to anyone.
