I am so sorry that your experience with us was less then it should have been. I certainly do not expect you to pay for something that was not up to your expectations and am happy to refund your money. We actually welcome negative feedback as well as positive. Any salon can make a mistake, what they do about it is what matters. I would invite you back, for free, to give us another opportunity to serve you (with another stylist). A partial highlight in our salon is 20 foils. The stylist should have been more forthcoming with her explanation of what she was going to do and what it would cost. She is young, but not inexperienced, she just lacks the polish and confidence she will gain working with us and we will certainly monitor her more closely for the benefit of all concerned. It is never our intention to do a bad job.
