Customer Satisfaction I had a very good experience at Face Value last Friday. My appt. was at 9 a.m. and Chelsea was ready for me right at 9 a. m. I got a shampoo, hair cut and blow dry/style in less than an hour! She was very efficient and pleasant and I will gladly refer her to others. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. It's a nice salon. Thanks to all.

Pedicure I had a very good pedicure with Meghan. As always she does an excellent job getting my toes sandal ready! My only negative comment is that there was no decaff coffee avaialable. The salon is always very clean & everyone seems happy. Makes for a good experience.

appt For the first time, my stylist did not wash my hair. An intern did. I look forward to Will washing my hair because he gives a wonderful scalp massage. The young woman who washed my hair is young and inexperienced. For what I pay, I expect experience and quality. Also, it is the first time I have had to wait after my shampoo for my cut. Will always gives me a wonderful cut. And Melissa is such a professional and charming receptionist. The salon is well run and lovely.
