Very positive experience at Face Value at Old Train. My appointment was with Lauren and she was very nice, kind, and inviting. She listened to what I wanted, helped me to understand how the different colors would probably work together, and then put the plan into action. My hair came out just as I wanted, it was perfect. Very happy with the results, already booked another appointment. As for the overall salon, it was very clean and organized. I was warmly greeted when I walked in, offered something to drink (had the tea, it was good!) and made to feel at home. Would recommend this salon and Lauren.

Everything was terrific! Meagan did everything possible to put me at ease re my thinning hair (I have cancer) and the shampoo and cut were excellent.

Megan has been absolutely fantastic with me over the past several visits! She also did a suburb job shaping my beard and I don't really let anyone work on it besides myself and I'm glad I trusted her to clean it up for me!

I have been going to FV for at least 5 years and I've never been disappointed. All the stylists are very knowledgeable and up to date on their craft. FV uses high quality products and for hair coloring purposes I think that's important. Services, when combined can get pricey but I think their prices are competitive. The only suggestion I would make is when paying, I would like to see an itemized bill.

Wonderful salon. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. My stylist, Becky, is knowledgeable and skilled. They offer nice amenities such as a locker, coffee, water, warm towel, etc. It's clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has nice decor.
