Megan was fantastic cutting both boys' hair today! She took the time to understand what type of cut they wanted and did a wonderful job! One of the "cuts" was even to fix a botched cut. Thank you Megan! We will be back!

i generally do not do the salon thing...which is how i landed in the hands of the talented and beautiful Becki, at Face Value. long story short i dyed my naturally dark blonde locks BLACK.i used at least 8 boxes of dye at home and a few boxes of Oops to try to get back to dirty blonde. results...lost at least 6 inches from the damage incurred, and a horrifying collage of bad box colors all in a dry unattractive over processed bad, very bad, mop on top of my head. i came in already close to tears. i asked Becki to please fix it and make it dark blonde again. Becki quickly acessed the box color demolition dye jobs that i had willingly done to my own head..more than 5TIMES. it used to be pretty..i swear it did.... we would require a third parties professional opinion . .. which is when i met the team leader Yari.obviously experienced, cool, and an old pro. yari's first words to me, 'how would you feel about a pixie cut?' OMG i couldnt stop the tears .a pixie is NOT what i had in mind.iT was also explained to me that blonde of any shade was not in my near future. After swallowing those two tough little pills it was the girls time to shine. Becki sat and explained what colors WOULD work. She totally helped me cope with a shampoo , condition , and a temple massage (becki you rule). Yari has a trained eye at the color station. They whipped up a beautiful rich choclatey brown.both took a turn with the scissors, as i am a special case EVERYWHERE i go, requiring two cuts today. ultimately 5HOURS later( special case) i left with a whole bag of products to continue to heal my still delicate locks. i got a kick ass cut. my color is amazing. and i feel like a new woman. Very nice salon -- friendly staff. I got a perm today, and Becky did a great job. It's by far the best one I've ever had. I'll be back in for a haircut soon.
