The very best salon in Albemarle/Charlottesville. Front reception staff are courteous, sensitive to clients needs; they help with scheduling that's convenient, with the stylist you prefer. The stylists listen, analyze, and help with great suggestions. The Aveda products are the best. Salon is pretty, clients are pampered with individual attention. The entire atmosphere reflects respect and regard for clients; good management is obvious. William, Laura are exceptional. So happy to have found this Charlottesville salon!

Kristin is probably the best stylist I have had! She took the time to understand the look I wanted and made some great recommendations. I have gotten more compliments on this haircut than any other! She also gave some great styling tips that I can actually do on my own! Just love her and the service I get at Face Value!

I had a great cut by Kristen. I chose her somewhat blindly from one good review and her availability and was very pleased. She has fine hair hair like me which is always helpful. She took the time to walk me through styling my hair and showed me the difference in styling with a paddle versus a round brush. I will definitely be going back to her!
