I thank that because of how sweet and devoted that the staff are, they deserve a day with their choice of being pampered. Examples: Free Massage, A Free Meal Card, Free Mani/Pedi, Free Facial, a bonus, or Something to be Pampered with. These people work hard and are just amazing. I have been using the same stylist for (many) years for highlights and cuts. I have finally decided to branch out, and boy am I glad I did! Jaime did an awesome job of giving me exactly what I asked for. We talked about different options I had on how to achieve the look I wanted and she was great at explaining each part of the process. I did a full highlight with a honey glaze. It turned out great! The cut was also nice, very simple but clean. I will definitely be back!

It wasn't a horrible haircut, but definitely mediocre. Didn't leave the salon with the normal pep in my step resulting from a great new 'do, which is disappointing since I booked with one of the higher tier stylists. I didn't end up with the cut I thought the stylist and I agreed on. I also received a complimentary makeup touch up from the sweetest MUA, but unfortunately it looked a little comical. It looked like a different person did my right eye than my left eye.
