Yary - just one word I tell everyone who asks me where I get my hair done! Now that she has hours at both the Stonefield and Old Trail location she is even more accessible! She knows my hair better than I do and I can't tell you how much I love my color and my cut! My hair is healthier and easier to maintain and I spend less money on products and less time styling it than ever before! All that talent and she is just a lovely person. If you haven't tried Face Value you should - you deserve it! When you do I recommend Yary ❤️

Lauren Sprouse did an excellent job with both my color and cut/style. I will definitely be back to see her again! I will also recommend her to my friends.
The only negative was the difficult parking, but you can't really do anything about that.

Today was a great experience. Allison is a excellent stylist and gave me a great cut. She also listened to what I was looking for and made appropriate suggestions. I would highly recommend Face Value Salon and Allison Toney in particular.

William is probably the best hair dresser I've ever had. I LOVE my haircut! And even more than that, he really understands my hair and has so much knowledge about hair types, cutting hair, which products to use, etc. Also, and I can't stress this enough, he is the only person that has ever cut my hair that made my entire first appointment about. my. hair. Almost sounds unbelievable, but most of my haircuts I spend the whole time either listening to the hairdresser's stories/gossip or answering questions about my personal life. And William asked me every possible question about my hair - what my issues are with it, what I wanted out of a haircut, what I would change if I could, and on and on. It was so refreshing. If you go to William, you will not be disappointed. He is incredible!!
William is so good at his job that they have him training assistants so they can learn from him, which is a great thing for him. My only negative, however, is that William himself was not able to do my shampoo/oil treatment, he had his assistant do it. I understand the reasoning behind it, but I am only getting a haircut every 8 weeks and I am paying for William, so I was disappointed that he wasn't the one who did my whole appointment.

I'm not kidding or exaggerating when I say that Julia has played a role in changing my life over the past couple of months. I haven't had a hair stylist that made me smile or feel as good about my haircut in my life. I never realized the difference between a $20 and a $30 haircut until now. I would highly recommend this salon. I was not satisfied with my first cut, but Lucinda, the owner of the salon, went out of her way to make it right. She refunded my money, had me come in to fix the cut, and personally took care of me. I was truly impressed with the level of customer service. Special thanks to Julia for completely transforming my haircut!
