I work in the service industry and I have very high expectations. Face Value Salon exceeds my expectations. The entire staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming when I enter the salon. The extra touches of taking my coat, offering me a beverage all enhance that experience. Love, love, the decor and design of the space. Of course, I also love is the Aveda services of aromatherapy and gentle neck and head massages. But what I really LOVE is the quality hair cut I get every time! I have never been this in love with my hairstyle in years! You know it's a good hair cut when complete strangers stop me and compliment my hair cut and ask what salon I use. Thank you for making me feel attractive and providing such an excellent service.

Excellent service. Jordan, while a new stylist, offered great advice and executed a beautiful haircut for me. The blow out was also great. And as always how can you not love the aveda way, hot towels and a head massage yes please!

Katrina is a very skilled, talented and friendly stylist. All salon staff were proactive and accommodating. Prices are very competitive, especially when you factor in the mini scalp and face massage. So relaxing! All in all a wonderful and pampering experience with the end result of having a very cute haircut. Thanks Katrina!

Kristal is the BEST!!!

AND AGAIN... I am leaving the salon absolutely thrilled! I had an appointment with Allison and decided to go a bit darker ( I had been platinum when she first met me and we have gradually gone darker) I had a suggestion, she listened and assured me that she could do it. And do it, she did! It is exactly what I wanted, even though I wasn't sure if I really wanted it. I was a little nervous to try going darker, but I am so glad we did. Allison is FANTASTIC. On a personal note, she is just a great person as well. Fun to talk to, she remembers EVERYTHING about our conversations on my last visit and it feel like I am going in to visit a friend. The rest of the staff is friendly and welcoming as well... even to my dog Izzy! Yep, they let her come in too instead of sitting in the cold car. I used to hate getting my hair done, but now I look forward to it. I was able to do some work on the computer, hang with my dog, have some of their complimentary Aveda tea and get beautified as well. Great job all, and I'll see you in March!

Jordan was great. You would never know she was a new stylist! My hair cut was exactly what I asked for! I love it! The staff were wonderful!

I am so happy with my experience! Kristal was amazing and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. My color and cut are exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be any happier!!!! Nobody has ever styled my hair so perfectly before either. I will definitely be referring Face Value and especially Kristal to all of my friends and family! I can't wait to go back.

From what I understand, Jordan is the least-experienced stylist at the salon, but I would not have known! She was a little quiet but very patient with me as I was deciding between bangs or no bangs. I am incredibly happy with the cut that I came out with! She did a great job layering my hair and the bangs are exactly what I had in mind. She even offered for me to stop by so she could touch them up if they started to grow out and get in my eyes! An all-around lovely experience.
