What can I say about William? Well for starters his the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. But he’s so much more. He’s intelligent, witty and has a sharp sense of humor. An appointment with William is like laughter therapy. I’ve never enjoyed a hair appointment as much as I did with William. In fact, in the past, I actually dreaded hair appointments, but no more. Not with William by my side. He’s very attentive: he gave me the most wonderful hand and forehead massages and he rarely left my side leaving me with the feeling that I was his number one customer. He is willing to make adjustments as needed. For example, my eyebrows were not as dark as I wanted so he reapplied the color and a few minutes later they were perfect. By the end of the appointment I was almost sad because I had had such a good time I didn’t want to leave. But I’ll see him again in six weeks (in the past I would have stretched my return touchup to eight weeks) and I know I’ll be very happy and very satisfied with William’s service. If you need to see a hairdresser, go see William. Just leave time for me to have my regular appointments with William.

I had a wonderful experience at the Face Value Salon. I really like how the salon is set up from the styling chair to the shampoo station. I really enjoyed the massage and the comfortable shampoo chair where it typically hurts my neck. I had a cut I really did not like prior to coming and Kristal fixed my cut which looked 100% better when I was done. I have known Kristal for a while and she is the only one that makes my hair look the best. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend this salon to my friends. Thanks Kristal everyone loved my cut!!!!

I just left your salon after my appointment with William and am doing some shopping. Three people have stopped me to ask where I had my hair done! I've handed out several of William's business cards this evening. He did an amazing job! I cant wait to come back for my next appointment.

I was in there last Tuesday. I saw Amber for a cut and highlite. She worked on my head of hair for 3 and half hours. She did such a good job!! I love my cut and the blonde highlights. I can't wait to come back in January to make my hair blonder. Thank you Amber!

Allison just gave me exactly what I asked for! She fixed a horrible dye job that I did myself, and then gave me a fantastic, edgy layered cut to reflect my personality and also show off the new dimensions of color. I am super thrilled!

This is the best place in Charlottesville to get a haircut! The staff are well trained, friendly, and the whole experience is very enjoyable and relaxing. Parking is easy and free, appointments are easy to schedule, and the salon is very clean and beautifully decorated.
