My first visit to Face Value Salon at Stonefield was a five-star experience. The management is superior and the stylist was excellent. The ambiance has a spacious, elegant simplicity. Everyone working there was warm, welcoming, and clearly committed to the clientele. My appointment at this new Aveda salon was an unusually transformative experience. I highly recommend it.

Crystal was great. She listened to my needs and was very patient with what I requested. I am very happy with the great results! Looking forward to next appointment. No stress, just ease. Thank you to all the staff, everyone was very welcoming!
The chairs for the coloring & styling were very comfortable. The chairs for the hair washing were difficult to sit in an my neck was strained trying to stay in the chair as I kept slipping forward. A pillow may work for back support to raise the body, but in general, the chair is a bit low and should be raised a few inches higher so that the head lays back easily into the basin and the body can relax in the chair. They are nice looking chairs but were a bit hard to sit comfortably.

After my negative experience review, Lucinda immediatly contacted me and invited for attempt to make my hair cut redo. I am glad I accept it! Lucinda and Alison made a team effort to make me look and feel better. We all had fun doing it and I like the result very much, and getting complements from my coworkers.
