Friendly and engaging staff. Love my color and appreciate the stylist working with me to change my color.
I wish your company would post a sign telling patrons they may not bring guns onto the premises. The husband of a client had a handgun on his hip. I'm sure it was legal but not relaxing or comfortable to see an armed man in the salon. I've seen other businesses post these types of signs. Please consider!! Thank you.

Brooke was wonderful! She listened to what I wanted and was easy to talk to. I will have to come from Richmond frequently to have her cut my hair!
I honestly cannot think of anything that could be improved upon. I didn’t have to wait, there were no surprises and I can’t say enough great things! I am impressed!

Great service and great environment! High end in products and service but down to earth people, so it was comfortable for someone Iike me who wanted just a very basic hair cut with no fuss. And of course most importantly a really great hair cut!

Brook is simply fantastic. I don't think my hair is that complicated but I have had to search for years for someone to give me a great cut. She listened, made suggestions, and took the time to help me look office-job ready. I would highly recommend her.

We've lived in Cville since 2014. In that time we've visited six salons, some we've liked a little bit, but none so much as Face Value. First, the courtesy and consideration of the front desk is beyond polite and helpful. They seem to genuinely care about clients and help when reschedule/cancellation is necessary. Next, the salon is pretty, is immaculate, is well-located and has loads of free parking; the ambiance is like a spa and it's welcoming and well-stocked with every great Aveda product. Last of all, the stylists are skilled and sensitive to clients. During the past couple of years I've been served by four or five stylists; I've never had a problem or complaint and I'd swear by anyone there. Since clients' formulas are in the system, you cannot go wrong with a "sub" when you have to reschedule. Management attention obviously makes this salon great. This salon is not cheap; but you get what you pay for and your time and money are well-spent.

This was my first time at the salon, and Yessi was great! She took time to listen to me and what I wanted. She also kept me updated throughout the cut to make sure I was comfortable with the direction she was headed, and she was meticulous about getting the cut just right. I will definitely be returning.

Walk-in availability, beautiful Aveda salon ambiance and friendly front desk staff.
I felt disappointed that my trim took around 5 minutes and yet cost me $20 more than I normally pay at my usual salon. I was hoping to find an alternate salon, but I am not convinced I would like to try this again. The chair I sat in for the cut was also covered in a previous client’s hair, which I found off-putting.
