Always courteous and helpful at reception and on the phone. Every stylist seems friendly and caring. Hallmark of professionalism is to never talk "over" a client, never talk about other clients or stylists; Face Value excels in these respects. Very accommodating with last minute scheduling or re-scheduling. We have not one complaint, hope to always patronize this great salon. Each stylist we've scheduled has been attentive and proficient with color, cut and style. William is possibly the best stylist and colorist I've ever had. Thank you!
