I am so sorry that your experience was not what you hoped it would be. It is never our intention to do a bad job. Although there is a seven day window to ask us to fix your hair, I would have wanted to know it as soon as possible. Now I find, that several months later, I can hardly see what was wrong as it is time for your hair to be colored again. That makes it hard for me to judge just what went amiss....I saw that you have an appointment on the books for next week and would invite you to come in so we can sort this all out. All the best,
