We've lived in Cville since 2014. In that time we've visited six salons, some we've liked a little bit, but none so much as Face Value. First, the courtesy and consideration of the front desk is beyond polite and helpful. They seem to genuinely care about clients and help when reschedule/cancellation is necessary. Next, the salon is pretty, is immaculate, is well-located and has loads of free parking; the ambiance is like a spa and it's welcoming and well-stocked with every great Aveda product. Last of all, the stylists are skilled and sensitive to clients. During the past couple of years I've been served by four or five stylists; I've never had a problem or complaint and I'd swear by anyone there. Since clients' formulas are in the system, you cannot go wrong with a "sub" when you have to reschedule. Management attention obviously makes this salon great. This salon is not cheap; but you get what you pay for and your time and money are well-spent.

This was my first time at the salon, and Yessi was great! She took time to listen to me and what I wanted. She also kept me updated throughout the cut to make sure I was comfortable with the direction she was headed, and she was meticulous about getting the cut just right. I will definitely be returning.

Finally a stylist who makes room in an appointment to listen to what I need and gives actual options and advise, when asked. This was, hands down, the best hair appointment I have ever had. Always courteous and helpful at reception and on the phone. Every stylist seems friendly and caring. Hallmark of professionalism is to never talk "over" a client, never talk about other clients or stylists; Face Value excels in these respects. Very accommodating with last minute scheduling or re-scheduling. We have not one complaint, hope to always patronize this great salon. Each stylist we've scheduled has been attentive and proficient with color, cut and style. William is possibly the best stylist and colorist I've ever had. Thank you!
