Always courteous and helpful at reception and on the phone. Every stylist seems friendly and caring. Hallmark of professionalism is to never talk "over" a client, never talk about other clients or stylists; Face Value excels in these respects. Very accommodating with last minute scheduling or re-scheduling. We have not one complaint, hope to always patronize this great salon. Each stylist we've scheduled has been attentive and proficient with color, cut and style. Thank you!

I received a cut and highlights from Shannon. She did a wonderful job. In addition, all the staff at the salon seem very professional and knowledgeable. The management team is also excellent in that they strive to make sure each and every customer leaves completely satisfied .
